ACOUSTIKIT CEILING CLOUD

The ACOUSTIKIT CEILING CLOUD is a most effective option in controlling the presence of excessive room reverberation, unwanted sound reflections, and noise reduction applications. The ACOUSTIKIT CEILING CLOUD Fabric-wrapped absorptive panels control interfering reflections typically generated by parallel flat hard surfaces (floor & ceiling), corrupt speech intelligibility, and degraded music quality within the control room environment.

The ACOUSTIKIT CEILING CLOUD provides uniform, omni directional, broad bandwidth absorption in an attractive ceiling design element. While the primary function is to provide broad bandwidth absorption, the ACOUSTIKIT CEILING CLOUD also offers a beneficial room mode control. The ACOUSTIKIT CEILING CLOUD core is made of fiberglass, one of the most effective absorbers, with superior performance than that of ordinary acoustic foams. A great variety of colors (up to 36 standard colors) can be selected from our Color Sample Catalog.

The rugged wood frame insures a secure element of support, allowing for the introduction of recessed light fixtures and accessory mounting. Standard dimensions are 2'-0" (0.61m) wide by 4'-0" (1.22m) high. (Custom panel sizes and thickness can be manufactured upon request.) The ACOUSTIKIT CEILING CLOUD installation can be implemented to any ceiling via the supplied aluminum chain extensions and hooks. Two pairs of clips per unit are supplied. A real panel size template with pre-drilled holes is also provided in order to accommodate mounting hardware locations. (Please refer to schematic for mounting details.)
